How can I purchase clothes from Hot Pot Eco Clothing?

All you need to do is add the item you desire to your cart.

Once you have finished shopping, you can view your cart and update it where necessary, then when you are ready, you can proceed to the secure PayPal checkout, please add your size and colour requirements in the notes section in paypal.

PayPal securely processes payments for us. You can finish paying in a few clicks.

If you live outside of the UK, once you have paid for you items we will calculate the P&P charges to your country and invoice you for this amount via Pay Pal.

It really is a quick simple and safe way to shop online as all your account information is retained with paypal.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

That is fine, because PayPal also securely accepts and processes payments for us from the following cards:

Debit cards (also known as echeque cards or bank cards) are accepted if they have a Via or MasterCard logo.

How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?

We aim to despatch your purchase(s) within 3 to 21 working days, this is only after we have received your completed order and full payment for the item(s) purchased and cost of postage and packaging to your country via Pay Pal.

On rare occasions, despatch time can extend to up to a maximum of 30 days (when we have a delay in the production process or supply chain) - We will notify you, by email, if a delay (over 21 working days to dispatch) applies to your order.

We will send you a confirmation email stating when your item(s) have been despatched.

This service can take between 1-3 working days.

Delivery to Europe
This service can take up to 3 working days.

Delivery to Other Worldwide Destinations
This service can take up to 5 working days.

Please note: For your added security, we send all our items to the UK, Europe and all other Worldwide destinations via one of Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery Services.

What if I am not happy with my purchase when it arrives?

We are happy to accept returns for any reason so long as you return the item to us unworn and undamaged with 14 days of receiving the item.

(Please note: When the return of the purchase is not our fault, the customer will need pay the full return P&P charges that will be incurred to that country).
